Brian Adams

Brian Adams serves as Director of Hardware Engineering at BarnOwl.tech, where he leads the development of rugged IoT trail camera systems for agricultural, ranch, and government clients. With more than 20 years of experience across defense, AgTech, surveillance, aerospace, and industrial markets, Brian has built a career around turning complex technical problems into clear, working solutions. His work spans product strategy, supplier qualification, firmware integration, and long-term field reliability. He has led multi-million dollar programs, managed cross-functional teams, and shipped products that perform in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. At BarnOwl, he brings that same standard to every camera, sensor, and system the team puts into customers' hands every day. Outside of work, Brian is a husband, father, author, and creator. He lives by a simple rule: build things that matter, lead people well, and never settle for almost.
