My first Cell trail camera and I couldn't be happier! Now I'm excited for my email to to go off with a picture of what is standing in front of my camera. Camera works perfect, Customer Service is outstanding. Now it time to add a 2nd Camera to the Farm. I went with Barn Owl because of the bad stories from the others that use different camera. Sure glad I went with Barn owl. Thank you for your help and great customer service. Look forward to putting the Mini out after the holiday.

It works

I bought the barn owl to monitor a distant water tank for my cows. The first week it did exactly what I bought it for. I could see by the pictures barn owl was sending, the water in the tank was getting lower. I went to check on the tank, and the windmill rod had broken. I was able to get the rod fixed and pumping water again that day. Can't argue with that kind of success. Thanks Barn Owl.

This was the easiest system, not to mention incredible customer service, and the cameras are easy to set up, very good resolution, all the phone service is through their website, so only one place to go to get it all and done!!! Great company!!!

Trial and many errors

After dealing with Spy----- and several other cell cameras over the years only to have no signal or the camera no longer being supported after one year! My son and I tried Barn Owl and after receiving our first camera ( we now have 4) we have had very few issues and when we did,,, the Barn Owl Tech quickly solved our issues !!! Picture quality is great and battery life is good. Plan on purchasing more and adding the solar panel.

I have had this camera for 2 years. Zero issues. Works when I thought no way are we getting video. We are in the north woods where it can get to -30F on a regular basis. Thank you for a great product that we can rely on.

Billing Policy

Your monthly bill consists of a connection fee, data fee, and SMS charges. Most customers average $10-15 per camera, per month, but you can turn cameras OFF in the web-app anytime and pay $0 until you need them.

We only charge for the data you actually use, so you don't have to commit to a data plan up front. You will get one bill each month, no matter how many cameras you have.

If you aren't using your cameras for a period of time, you can turn them OFF in the Barn Owl web-app, and you won't be charged anything while it remains OFF. There is no additional charge for turning the data connection ON or OFF.

45-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day refund policy on all purchases. You can return the cameras within 45 days, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

2-Year Warranty
